When we realized this year that our 28-year-old roof was needing to be replaced knowing who to call was a real issue. So many places to turn. I talked with our neighbor John and he told us how happy he was with their new roof last year from Bliss.

I contacted Bliss and scheduled a time for them to come out and take a look. We had a place in one of the bedrooms that appeared to have a small leak. Bliss took a look and replaced a pipe sealer to stop the water from getting in the same day. The roof replacement was also scheduled that day. We told them we were not in a big hurry with the weather being so wet.

A bit latter we again got together and scheduled a start date for the replacement. Bliss provided with good instructions on how it would begin and what to expect for the next few days. They were right on time with each delivery etc. The workers were there as they said they would be, and the work began on time. Never having had a roof replacement we really didn’t know what to expect. The workers were very professional and informative.

Our new roof went up exactly the way we were told. The guys were very careful to not let the old roof material affect plants or other import areas of the yard. They replaced wood that had been damaged over the 28 years and gave us a perfect new roof.

As for cost. Hey new roofs are not cheap. But we believe the roof that we got, and the service was worth every dollar. Nice to know there is a local company that takes pride in their work. After the roof was finished Bliss returned to check all of the work and cleanup of the job.

Over the years, I have had Bliss Roofing repair and replace my roof. The work always goes very smooth and the crews work well together. They leave my property and roof in good condition. We appreciate all who worked on this from start to completion and felt the price was reasonable. We are very happy and appreciated the Bliss expertise! I have known the Bliss roofing company for many years. We have used their company on all of our roofing needs. The most current was in 2016. We also used them in 2012 / 1986 /and on a commercial building in 2006. I have recommended them to several other persons that used them and recommended them to others as well. Their bids are not the lowest or the highest, but the bids are always fair and their performance on the job is good.

The folks at Bliss were a true pleasure to work with. We had some scheduling difficulties due to some extreme weather conditions but they kept me well informed as to the changes as they occurred. Then there was the issue with the impossibly difficult neighbor next door but, once again, The workmen in the field and the staff at Bliss' office went well above the call of duty in dealing with the issue.

It is difficult to find and hire a reliable roofing company. I believe that I would use Bliss Roofing over and over again. A positive thumbs up!!! And on another positive note.... I just checked the repair spot in my ceiling (we just had a major downpour), it is still dry and it has been for over a year.

The employees were professional and delivered top quality. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Bliss was awesome! Not only did they give a fair and reasonable estimate, but they agreed to come out ahead of the regularly scheduled time to get the work done. It was a great experience.

From the quote process through completion of the job, Bliss met or exceeded our expectations. They started a couple of days early which was great. They completed a couple of unexpected jobs for us and still kept within the schedule. Their cleanup was thorough and complete - a real surprise compared to other construction work we've had done in the past from other companies. I highly recommend this company.

They installed the second roof for me on my personal home this last year 2020. They are going to do another new roof this year on another property I own. Professionally speaking, when you have something important performed you want the best... Bliss is the best roofer for me. I am very glad that they are going to do all my roofs. We got several quotes before deciding which roofing company to use and ultimately went with Bliss because we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The cost was in the middle of the quotes we received. We had also heard good things about them from others who had used them and we had often seen their crews working in our area. The crew was professional, always on time, extremely hard-working, and very careful of our property and the work site. The foreman and head office communicated clearly and were responsive to questions. We highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve used Bliss Roofing. They did our house several years ago and it was so nice to see a company put out so much effort to make us happy. When they were done, they cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. This time our detached garage had a leak. They found and repaired the leak on the first visit! It had been repaired previously by another roofing company. So don’t worry about dealing with Bliss Roofing. An actual person answers the phone when you call. They show up on time, finish on time and clean up everything.

Very prompt. Quickly assessed job. Discussed possible causes of the leak and best plan to find it. Worked efficiently and was careful to minimize removal of existing roof and flashing. Identified cause of leak and made repairs, restoring to original look while using new felt and shingles. Very professional and reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

The Bliss Roofing staff did an amazing job. From the initial contact which was the previous year. My bid was quickly updated for the current year. Bliss Roofing also helped select the correct roofing color, delivered samples and provided addresses to previous roofing jobs. After reviewing five other roofing companies we chose Bliss Roofing due to their extreme effort to appraise the best approach for the installation and quality of product for our home. It also came with a promise to take care in respecting the integrity of our home and property. I watched as the removal of the old shingles and barriers were removed through the installation of the most protective and sturdy undercoating I have ever seen. Perfection at all stages was apparent. Extreme organization, quality and perfection enhanced the excellence of their work with the unique configuration of our home. The contractor that first met with me and the onsite director answered all of my questions and coordinated so well the activity of the entire crew. The cleanup after they were finished was amazing to the point of returning every garden pot and furnishing to its original position including the plant with climbing vines.

Bliss Roofing installed a tile roof in 1994 and has done my roof cleaning over the years until they sold that part of the business. Recently, they installed anti-ponding metal and replaced some dryrot fascia boards. They did great work, patiently answered my questions and I always felt they wanted work to be done to my satisfaction. Work took 6 days in December during rain and cold temps, yet they took the time to do the job right and didn't cut corners. They cleaned up all debris left. I highly recommend!
